Office Direct is a design oriented commercial furniture and flooring dealership that offers interior office space planning and design. Projects range from educational facilities, commercial office spaces, medical and dental facilities, and elderly housing among many others. We offer our customers turnkey service solutions making any commercial renovation a seamless process. In addition to offering the newest and latest products in the commercial industry; we provide interior office space planning, design, and color and finish selections. We offer construction services including, but not limited to, painting, wall covering, window treatments, electrical, voice and data, and carpet and tile installation.
Office Direct is aware of the latest design trends and has vast knowledge of furnishings and flooring which will work best within your space. Our staff has over fifty years of combined experience in the design field and has the 'know how' to handle any project our clients bring to us. Due to our varied experience in the different areas of the commercial industry, we have the ability to approach the countless challenges each project poses.
We are also a WBE and DBE Certified business for the State of Rhode Island.

Phyllis Cannava
President/Owner
Phyllis J. Cannava founded Office Direct in 1989 to provide high quality interior office space planning and design for RI, MA, and CT clients at a reasonable cost. This has become the Mission of Office Direct: "To provide great value...excellent design, outstanding products and flawless installation at a reasonable cost." Phyllis has dedicated her professional career to this ideal and while it takes more time and effort to find these great products, rather than using familiar top brands as most do, the rewards for her clients are fantastic. They get "Top Line" quality at a fraction of the cost. Our turnkey product and service solutions make our commercial renovation projects a tremendous success.

Meghan Robinson
Interior Design
Meghan Robinson joined Office Direct in 2005 as Senior Designer. She is responsible for leading the design effort and working with Phyllis and her fellow designers to transform client program into functional space. After graduating from Endicott College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Meghan worked in the residential interior design industry. Meghan is a very talented and experienced designer who enjoys the challenge of space planning and designing spaces that fulfill client needs. An organized and competent project manager committed to the successful completion of her projects, she has earned much respect and praise from both clients and suppliers alike.

Meghan Ryan
Interior Designer
Meghan Villeneuve is an interior designer at Office Direct. She graduated from Newbury College in 2009, with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Meghan originally joined Office Direct in 2008, as an Interior Design Intern, before becoming part of the interior design team in 2009 following the completion of her degree. With her entire professional career solely focusing on commercial design, Meghan looks to each of her projects to enhance her clients’ environments through creative, highly functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. Meghan has worked directly with Project Managers and Project Architects to bring her creative and technical solutions to life for her clients.

Leanne LaBanca
Office Manager
Leanne LaBanca joined Office Direct in 2009 and oversees all company finances, human resources and office functions. Leanne graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing.
Her previous professional experiences include marketing, advertising, and administration at the corporate level as well as in the retail chain pharmacy business and replacement window industry.
Just prior to joining Office Direct, Leanne provided office administration for a high-end residential interior design firm.
