  1. Meet with client

  2. Specify products and complete furniture plans

  3. Provide the client with a detailed furniture proposal

  4. Products are ordered, tracked, and scheduled for delivery

  5. Furniture is Stored in our warehouse until the site is ready to accept furnishings

  6. Manage installation and create a punch list if necessary

  7. Assure that Punch List items are completed in a timely fashion

Office Direct offers a wide variety of new furniture and used office cubicles and workstations to our clients in Rhode Island ( RI ), Massachusetts ( MA ), Connecticut ( CT ) as well as nationwide. We retain numerous updated furniture catalogs and maintain access of links to our vendors' online libraries, in order to offer our clients a wide variety of choices. We will also value engineer projects when necessary to take advantage of our direct purchase relationships with furniture manufacturers.

We have both new and used furniture available to our customers. Previously owned furniture such as used office cubicles/ workstations and casegoods can satisfy the design requirements yet provide you with an overall lower cost. Used workstations can be refurbished to look brand new with new fabrics and freshly painted trim and provide our clients with exceptional savings. We have strong relationships with used furniture brokers straight across the country that have access to Grade A used office furnishings.

Once the final selections of new furniture or used office cubicles and workstations are made, the order is placed and managed through the delivery to the site. Our team of highly trained installers will receive the product in their warehouse, uncrate it, deliver it to the job site, and position the furniture in place as specified in the space planning documents.
