I have known Phyllis for a long time, maybe 35 years. I hadn’t seen her in a few years, and I bumped into her in our elevator as she was finishing the Resmini Law space below us. I looked at their space (another beautiful job by Office Direct) and immediately dragged her upstairs to ours.

Working with Phyllis and Meghan was, if nothing else, a blast. Quick back and forth. Very fast resolution to any issues. Just like in our world, a client’s question results in a quick answer as it relates to commercial buildings, any question I had relating to color, design, type of chairs, pictures, etc. was answered quickly and with examples and samples.

Our project was completed over the summer, as we were putting new HVAC systems into the space, so no A/C in our penthouse unit. Phyllis’s people could have just walked out of the oven. They kept working, laying the carpeting, painting the 16’ ceilings, cutting every single door to install glass, and ordering and installing new furniture.
